Shay comes from a high level corporate background in contract administration and facilities management.
After years of buying and selling property, being a landlord and a tenant alike and unfortunately having many unsatisfactory experiences along the way, Shay decided to indulge her love of real estate and pursue a career in the industry, determined to make a difference. Shay is genuinely passionate about providing excellent customer service whilst achieving a high degree of client satisfaction.
Shay’s foray into the real estate industry began with commercial real estate sales and leasing. This has evolved to include management rights and residential property management and sales. Shay is also a specialist in strata titled developments and dealing with body corporates. The number of properties Shay manages and regularity of sales listings has increased organically through referrals from very satisfied clients.
