Carol has been involved in buying, selling and renovating properties for over 25 years.

Carol moved to the Sunshine Coast 6 years ago with her husband buying a Management Rights, Letting Agency and Sales Business on the Coast.

Carol is the Sales Manager of Catalina Shores and has now joined the Custom Realty Group.

In particular I want it noted that Carol Read was extraordinary and went way beyond what agents normally do in assisting vendors achieve a sale. The circumstances of my sale were complicated by the need for remedial work to be carried out to the property and two sales 'fell through' in that process. I’d just like to write a small but very grateful testimonial to the effort and efficiency that Carol applied in the sale of our property several weeks ago.
